These terms cover the website only. Nothing on this site, and nothing in these terms, grants any right to use the FyndEm platform or any CentroidAI software. Use of our software is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by CentroidAI and the customer. Where those terms and these terms differ, the signed agreement prevails.

4.Demonstrations, figures and examples
Any figures, dashboards, screens or outputs shown in demonstration material, product imagery, videos or documents on this site are illustrative and drawn from synthetic data. They do not represent the actual data, results or performance of any customer, and are not a prediction of the result any customer will obtain. Where we cite public sources, we identify them; those figures are used for context and are not measures of any organization’s exposure or opportunity.

You remain responsible for your regulatory obligations and for decisions taken in your organization.
6.Descriptions may change
Product descriptions, capabilities and roadmap statements on this site reflect our position at the time of writing and may change without notice. They are not commitments, and no specific feature, capability or timing is warranted except where set out in a signed agreement.
7.Information you send us
Please do not send us confidential information, personal data, patient data or trade secrets through this site or by unsolicited email. Anything you send us on an unsolicited basis is treated as non-confidential, and you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation. 8.Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9.Links and third-party material
This site may link to third-party websites, marketplaces or documents. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. You follow such links at your own risk.
Our products also reference and display material published by third parties, including regulator notices, public registry records, product listings and photographs, together with our own records of what appeared at a public web address at a given time. That material is displayed to identify and evidence what was observed. It remains the property of whoever owns it, we claim no rights in it, and its appearance in our products is not an endorsement of it and not a statement that we have verified it. Where we hold such material we hold it privately, for a limited period, and for the purpose described in our Privacy Policy.
10.Copyright complaints and takedown
If you believe material we hold or display infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act on it. We would much rather hear from you directly than read about it in a filing.

- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.

11.Our crawler
CentroidAI operates automated collectors that visit public web pages as part of our brand-protection and channel-integrity products. They identify themselves rather than presenting as an ordinary browser. Our crawler page sets out what they do, what they do not do, how long we keep what they read, and how to block them.
- User agent:
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; FyndEmShieldBot/1.0; +https://centroid-ai.com/crawler) - Every request also carries a
Fromheader giving a monitored address, and anX-Crawled-Byheader naming the product and version. - The crawler reads pages. It does not attempt to sign in, does not submit forms, does not purchase, and does not attempt to bypass access controls or bot protection.
- If our traffic is a problem for your site, write to crawler@centroid-ai.com and we will adjust or stop.
- You can block the crawler by user agent in
robots.txtor at your edge. If you block it we record that the request was refused, and we do not disguise the crawler in order to get around it.
12.Availability
We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice.
13.Disclaimer
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from error or interruption.
14.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CentroidAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CentroidAI against any claim, loss or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this site.
16.Export and sanctions
You may not access or use this site, or any material from it, in breach of applicable export control, sanctions or trade laws.
17.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
18.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
19.General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CentroidAI in relation to this website.
